Gordon Food Service is looking for interns to work alongside their Data Science Engineer team to improve systems and provide data for model development.
Requirements
- Analyzing department processes and other Gordon Food Service (GFS) systems encountered and makes recommendations, improvements, as appropriate.
- Participate in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
- Understand the end-to-end design and implementation of new data-driven systems—including understanding the architecting data models.
- Write complex queries, developing scalable cloud infrastructure, orchestrating data flows, and delivering actionable insights and tools directly to end-users.
- Work with Data Scientists to understand their data requirements and provide them with clean, well-structured, and easily accessible data for model development and evaluation.

- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Degree
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
