TikTok Monetization Products data science team aims to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok through data science, enabling and championing data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data analysis in a scripting language (R, Python, Matlab)
- Internship experience in data science
- Research experience in data science
Responsibilities
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical methods
- Design, analyze, and interpret insights end-to-end on a project from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and impactful business recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of sophisticated analytical and modeling techniques
- Design, execute, and interpret results of experiments (e.g., A/B testing)
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to team leadership and influence strategic decision-making

- Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026.
