Grainger is looking to leverage data science and machine learning to enhance customer experience and improve business performance. This role will focus on developing data-driven solutions using predictive analytics, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing to inform customer-facing investment decisions, optimize marketing returns, refine sales force strategy, and provide real-time product recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience with SPSS, R, SAS, Python, Spark, or other statistical programming language
- Visualize data in R, Python, Tableau, or Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Knowledge of SQL

- Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Master's degree is preferred
- Expected graduation with a Bachelor's or Master's degree between Winter 2024 – Spring 2025
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
