Bolton & Menk is looking to solve business problems related to data engineering, data development, and community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.
Requirements
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
- Exposure to machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and maintaining data pipelines, performing ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Support development of predictive models, conduct exploratory data analysis, and apply statistical techniques to solve business problems.
- Contribute to building and testing generative AI agents and workflows for automation and decision support.
- Help maintain and improve master data governance processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights, and create dashboards or reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Assist with clear documentation of processes, models, and findings for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Other
- Degree Programs: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, from an accredited college.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA: 2.8 GPA; Desired GPA 3.2 or above
- Students must possess a valid driver’s license and their own transportation or have ability to use public transportation.
- Effective communicator that is excited to work as part of a diverse team
- Legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
