International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking a Data Science Intern to support data analysis and the development of data tools and systems for their North America regional fundraising division. The goal is to provide key insights to fundraising teams through predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and self-service dashboard creation to aid in revenue-raising initiatives and protect vulnerable people from violence.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, Tableau, and/or SQL.
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing data analytics and data science tools to analyze complex, large datasets
- Support critical revenue-raising initiatives
- Supporting creation of dashboards other insight generators
- develop data tools and systems through data engineering and pipeline development
Other
- This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates.
- The position requires 20-40 hours per week.
- Spring internship program dates are Jan. 12 – Apr. 17, 2026.
