Molex is seeking an Analytics Solutions Manager to execute advanced analytics opportunities, deliver reliable data and insights, and drive business growth
Requirements
- Hands on experience in developing Advanced Analytics solutions
- Coding and statistical modeling skills in Python and SQL
- Proficient experience with Data science libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS cloud platform, SAP, Sagemaker, Kinaxis
- Experience with one or more of the AI platforms (Palantir, Databricks etc) and LLMs
- Experience with statistical Demand Forecasting
- Experience working with Graph DB
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of data scientists and data analysts with diverse skillsets
- Recommend statistical modeling concepts to large datasets to provide insights and solutions to business problems
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and AI
- Utilize LEAN and Agile principles to manage data science projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with data and digital teams across the organization
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Other
- Leadership skills to manage and lead a team, train less experienced team members, work in a global business services model, and drive a high performing culture
- Develop cross functional business acumen including areas such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
- Employ strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
