Amazon Robotics Software Research and Data Science team is looking for a Manager of Data Science to lead and support a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers in defining multi-year science strategies to support a wide range of problems in Software Qualification, Production Testing and System Optimization/Deep Dive.

Responsibilities
- lead the application and production of a wide range of models (statistical models, computer vision, GenAI) for core SW team in a fast-paced operations environment.
- own forecasts and analytics for system performance, and will develop optimization and forecasting expertise across the core SW team, and methodically expand the team's domain expertise over a wide range of science areas.
- building scalable self-service analytics and science infrastructure
- lead a team to productize ML solutions, including managing infrastructure as code and developing MLOps.
- investigate and develop strategies and concepts to frame a solution set and enable detailed scientific solution design.
- understand science methodologies for a wide range of data types; text, images, and numerical.
- deploy science models into service based application frameworks and seeks opportunities to embed science models in to new and existing products.
