ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Data Science Practitioner to design, develop, and deliver advanced AI and machine learning-based frameworks that drive data-informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python , with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Expertise in Data Science, AI Strategy, and Data Analysis & Interpretation .
- Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable AI/ML models in a business environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data and AI services.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative AI and machine learning models to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing business processes.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to evaluate the performance and impact of deployed AI models.
- Measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging Data Science and AI trends to continuously refine strategies and methods.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights across multiple teams.
