Crossing Hurdles is seeking an AI Tutor – Data Science Specialist to support their partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.
Requirements
- Published research or journal articles in recognized outlets
- Experience as an AI tutor, educator, or technical trainer
- Background in technical writing or data documentation
- Professional experience as a Data Scientist or quantitative researcher
Responsibilities
- Label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to data science and statistical modelling
- Deliver high-quality curated data for machine learning, statistics, and quantitative reasoning tasks
- Collaborate with engineers and research teams to develop and refine data-centric training workflows
- Contribute to the design and improvement of annotation tools, ensuring effective use and efficiency
- Analyse tasks, follow evolving guidelines with precision, and exercise strong judgment in complex scenarios
Other
- Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Alternatively, a medal from the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) or similar global competition
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Genuine passion for technological innovation and AI advancement
