Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. is looking to pioneer breakthroughs in healthcare by automating and creating visualizations of key business metrics, providing insights from data, and developing ad-hoc and production level analytics.
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics applied to medical devices using programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and SAS
- Experience creating data visualizations and insights for production or research use to monitor medical device repair time, healthcare survey drop-out rate or ballistocardiogram (BCG) signal
- Experience in data pipeline scheduling tools like airflow, dbt, or SAS data integration studio to automate ETL pipeline for predicting medical service engineer's workload
- Experience with version control and file sharing platforms like Azure DevOps or Github
- Experience building dashboard using Qlikcloud or Tableau to explore attributes correlating with medical service engineer workload, or population participating healthcare survey
- Programming languages like SQL, Python, R, and SAS
- Data pipeline scheduling tools like airflow, dbt, or SAS data integration studio
Responsibilities
- Automate and create visualizations of key business metrics
- Write production code to produce data infrastructure and automation of tasks
- Ongoing development of ad-hoc and production level analytics, providing insights from data
- Provide compelling, engaging and persuasive fact-based arguments
- Set clear priorities to optimally complete work tasks and allocate resources efficiently
- Work in an agile framework and communicate progress as necessary
- Create data visualizations and insights for production or research use to monitor medical device repair time, healthcare survey drop-out rate or ballistocardiogram (BCG) signal
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation
- Must report to the Company’s office in Cary, NC 2 days/wk
- Hybrid work permitted
- Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
