Requirements
- Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis
- Experience with pattern recognition and predictive models
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (Java/Python, SAS)
- Seven or more years of experience in data science
- Knowledge of algorithms and models for big-data analysis
- Experience with analytical models implementation in production
- Knowledge of statistical models for data analysis
Responsibilities
- eCollaborate with product design and engineering teams to develop an understanding of need
- sResearch and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis
- sCommunicate findings to all stakeholders
- sEnable smarter business processes by using analytics for meaningful insight
- esServe as lead data strategist to identify and integrate new datasets
- tsExecute analytical experiments to solve problems across various domains
- tsUtilize algorithms and models for big-data analysis
Other
- Ability to work effectively in a research-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline (preferred)
- Two or more years of project management experience (preferred)
- Professional certification (preferred)
