Requirements
- Significant experience using Python in a data wrangling environment
- Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) experience
- Significant experience in creating effective statistical analysis and data visualizations
- An interest in and knowledge of AI/ML techniques, including work with LLMs
- Ability and motivation to self-teach to stay current with leading best practices in analytics
- Experience with ML/NLP/LLM tools
- Experience building complex dashboards (tool agnostic)
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs
- Collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
- Clearly document and present methodology, assumptions, and findings
- Evaluate and test how emerging AI/ML methods might enhance both our analyses and the work of the engineers we’re supporting
- Consult with subject matter experts to create relevant and effective tracking metrics
- Provide analyses that contribute to a process lifecycle

- Coordinate and drive the efforts of a small team of analysts
- Coordinate your team’s work with broader pathfinder work across our larger team

- Expected to be able to adapt quickly to changing needs across several core areas
- Must have the knowledge and communication skills to articulate trade-offs between analytic techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer science, data science, computational science, mathematics, or data-related discipline and 10 years of relative experience
- Active TS/SCI w/ Poly required
- Travel Requirements: <10% for Contract Support
