Requirements
- Expertise in SQL, R, or Python for data querying and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling and reporting
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with data platforms such as GA4, Meta, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of CRM and CDP tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and A/B testing frameworks
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven segmentation models
- Analyze customer journeys across multiple touchpoints
- Extract actionable insights through data mining, profiling, and segmentation
- Create forecasting models for customer behavior
- Build dashboards and visualization tools
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by addressing quality issues and implementing best practices for data governance
- Work with marketing, product, ecommerce, and sales teams to align data insights with broader business strategies
Other
- 6+ years’ experience in the fashion industry (luxury preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Mathematics and/or Statistics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
