Requirements
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, or similar, and have experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with tools like Airflow or Kafka for orchestrating data workflows.
- Experience applying machine learning and statistical models to real-world problems.
- Knowing large-scale datastore bottlenecks, asynchronous application design and client-server architecture will help you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Apply statistical methods, predictive models, and advanced algorithms to analyze data, uncover trends, and drive actionable insights.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify hidden patterns and relationships in the data.
- Use feature engineering techniques to create meaningful variables that improve the performance and accuracy of your models.
- Partner closely with data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to fully understand data requirements.
- Collaborate on refining data-driven solutions that align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights.
