Parametrix is looking for a Data Scientist to build and lead their Data and Analytics team. The goal is to develop innovative, data-driven client solutions and improve internal processes through the strategic use of data.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL, and other data processing tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, transform, and securely store data from diverse sources including databases, APIs, files, and surveys.
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence to explore, analyze, and derive insights from data
- Design and maintain visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively visualize and communicate key data findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand data needs and deliver tailored data-driven solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve data capabilities and ensure data quality.
Other
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in data science or analytics.
- AEC industry experience is a plus.
