ElevenLabs is seeking a Data Scientist to support the analytics functions within their Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Finance departments. The role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, developing insightful models, and creating intuitive dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making for revenue and finance leaders, ultimately optimizing revenue processes, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving company growth.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt
- Ability to create and maintain complex data models and dashboards
- Excellent understanding of data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct deep-dive analyses and interpret complex data
- Experience in documenting data pipelines, models, and methodologies
- Familiarity with APIs such as Salesforce, Gong, Stripe, and Netsuite
Responsibilities
- Implement automated data validation and cleansing processes to ensure high data quality and integrity
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models that support key KPIs for revenue operations and finance
- Design and build user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time revenue insights to leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions
- Support ad hoc data analysis requests, providing rapid insights and strategic recommendations
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within revenue and finance metrics
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, models, and analytical methodologies for transparency and reproducibility
