Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets by performing extensive data analysis to develop insights for the organization.
Requirements
- Applicant should have at least two (2) years of proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Statistical modeling and analysis, using tools such as JMP, R, Minitab, MATLAB and Origin
- Fluency in scripting languages such as Python, and JSL including capability for automating analyses
- Experience/familiarity working with time-series data and data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, scalable data pipeline development, applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques world be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in providing data driven intelligence for optimization of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Performs data mining, cleaning, and aggregation processes to prepare data, implement data models, conduct analysis, and develop databases.
- Interprets results from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical, and analytical techniques and tools.
- Designs, develops, and implements the most valuable data-driven solutions for the organization.
- Create, validate, test, and update algorithms and models.
- Use data visualization software to present findings.
- Analyze large amounts of complex data to extract insights and drive decision-making.
- Develop statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to address business challenges.
Other
- Collaborates with teams to understand each data analysis projects' underlying purpose, focus, and objectives.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally overnight, as needed, up to 30% of the time.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for high performance engineering teams

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.
