Marchex is looking to leverage AI and conversational intelligence to provide actionable insights and drive revenue generation for their customers. The role will focus on advancing their AI-driven solutions by applying advanced data science techniques to enhance their conversation intelligence platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning
- Experience working with large language models such as OpenAI’s GPT series or Anthropic’s Claude
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Experience working with large datasets and building scalable models
- Familiarity with API frameworks and concepts
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Design and build machine learning models to analyze and classify text and other data.
- Apply natural language processing techniques to extract meaningful insights from unstructured text data.
- Explore new technologies and techniques to improve the performance of existing models.
- Build and test functional prototypes.
- Partner with engineering to develop data-oriented product features.
- Work with the business and product teams to understand what information can best impact our clients, with a focus on measured experimentation.
- Collaborate across the company on data-driven initiatives.
Other
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field, or commensurate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for all models, code, and processes.
- Drive customer conversations to understand business context and propose solutions to data problems.
- Provide clear and concise insights/recommendations from data analysis to team, senior execs and when needed customers.
