Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data science or machine learning, with expertise in agentic AI systems, LLMs, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, langchain, transformers).
- Experience building and deploying agentic frameworks for real-world analytical applications, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong understanding of public healthcare datasets and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to translate strategic requirements into technical agent behaviors and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to support business strategy through advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and refine agentic frameworks using cutting-edge LLMs to automate growth projection workflows.
- Design multi-agent systems capable of integrating diverse data sources, conducting stepwise reasoning, and synthesizing strategic intelligence for bid-related scenarios.
- Develop robust pipelines for data ingestion and transformation, enabling agents to operate with contextual awareness and domain expertise.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to encode domain knowledge and strategic heuristics into agent behaviors.
- Conduct systematic back-testing and scenario analysis, benchmarking agentic outputs against actual results and internal projections.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards when deploying models in production environments.
