Noblis is looking to develop innovative solutions for their federal clients' immediate mission challenges by leveraging state-of-the-art research and open-source technologies.
Requirements
- Experience using ML and data science packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Experience deploying AI-powered solutions
- Experience leveraging open-source models and adapting them to generate custom solutions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and capabilities, to include frontier large language models and agent-based systems
- Comfortable using development tools such as VSCode, github/gitlab, Jira, and Confluence
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL
- Demonstrated experience working with large, open-source datasets
Responsibilities
- Identify, adapt, and integrate state-of-the-art research and open-source technologies into creative solutions.
- Train or fine-tune new machine learning models to solve unique challenges.
- Research, apply, analyze, and document technical approaches and their outcomes.
- Leverage various computing resources such as GPU clusters and cloud-based compute servers.
- Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to mission challenges by leveraging existing open-source models and technologies.
- Work with other data scientists, software developers, and subject matter experts to develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
Other
- Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of professional experience or Masters degree and 1-3 years of professional experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI and Polygraph.
- Familiarity with data science best practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows
