ManTech seeks to transform how Government clients extract insights from data to achieve critical mission objectives by providing support in the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of complex, enterprise-wide, cloud-based data science and analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar analytics platforms.
- Experience working across environments and on premise.
- Strong experience constructing and performing complex database search queries.
- Understanding of security and compliance standards related to handling sensitive Government data.
- Advanced certifications in Oracle Analytics Cloud or related technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models.
- Experience with graph analytics, anomaly detection, geo-spatial analysis, and data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud analytics and data science solutions.
- Develop models and solutions applied to problem sets in a broad range of data science and data analytics areas, including but not limited to, graph analytics, anomaly detection, geo-spatial analysis, and data visualization.
- Contribute data science expertise to solution development through whiteboarding sessions with clients, partners, and coworkers.
- Address data science technical challenges in the development of solutions, including algorithms, models, data manipulation, or other technical challenges related to data science and data analytics.
- Ensure the quality and performance of analytics solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
- Adhere to security and compliance standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive government data.
- Contribute to statistical and advanced analytics models using advanced analytic techniques. Create robust and resilient data pipelines to connect data sources to analytic and AI tools and solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field and at least 6 years of experience OR a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
- Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
