Requirements
- Expertise in modern data analytics and business intelligence tools such as R, SAS, Python, and machine learning frameworks.
- Technical background in IT with the ability to understand and interpret complex technical content across multiple platforms.
- Certifications in UX software or relevant data analytics tools, with 3-5 years of applicable experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of statisticians, data analysts, and data scientists in executing analytics projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess, select, and implement enterprise application components, ensuring technical solutions address business needs effectively.
- Support the development of technical strategies to enhance organizational productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead enterprise application integration efforts and validate associated work products to ensure quality and compliance.
- Analyze IT systems and incident data to identify trends, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to extract, compile, and compare data from various sources.
- Utilize DevOps tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and MS Project to manage tasks and project workflows.
Other
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in data science, analytics, or related areas.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education, totaling 13-15 years of experience.
- Proven experience managing data analytics teams and executing complex data science projects.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
