Responsibilities
- data analytics / data science on massive sets of complex and, sometimes, unstructured data to prepare for statistical analysis
- Manipulates or converts data according to analysis needs; and develops approaches to deal with imperfections in data (e.g. missing values or inconsistent data formatting)
- Identifies and executes on best approach for assigned project which may include skills including machine learning, NLP, LLMs, deep learning, neural networks or any other data science function
- Develops reports using complex formulas; analyzes and reviews results for accuracy
- Understands how to work with multiple data sources, and accurately accesses the correct data within complex databases based on business needs and reporting requirements
- Manages projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and in a timely manner
- Identifies opportunities to improve revenue, productivity/efficiency as well as enhance patient life time value using data science technologies
Other
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Will be comfortable interacting at all levels of technology teams both internal and external to Lincare
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Work with other teams to gain insight and to provide technical training to others
- Project management skills to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in a timely manner
