Requirements
- Expertise in modern data analytics and business intelligence tools such as R, SAS, Python, machine learning platforms, and others
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative assessment methods for operational effectiveness
- Technical background in IT with the ability to understand and analyze technical content across multiple platforms
- Certifications in UX software or related tools, with 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Proven experience managing data analytics teams and executing complex data science projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to support system performance and operational resilience
- Assess, select, and manage enterprise application components to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
- Support technical strategies aimed at increasing productivity and operational efficiency across functional areas
- Lead enterprise application integration efforts, ensuring validation of work products and system interoperability
- Analyze IT systems and incident data to identify trends, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights
- Utilize advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools to mine data, extract unstructured data, and visualize findings
- Demonstrate proficiency with DevOps tools, JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, and other relevant software to support project execution
Other
- Lead and manage a team of statisticians, data analysts, and data scientists to achieve project objectives and deliverables
- Coordinate activities between internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and communication
- Manage project workflows using agile methodologies, including scrum management for ongoing initiatives
- Develop and maintain team charters, process improvement documents, standard operating procedures, and memorandums of understanding/agreements
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting analytical insights verbally and visually to diverse audiences
