Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data science or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Willingness to be on-call for customer support when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope, develop, and deploy data science solutions addressing operational challenges
- Engage deeply with customer problems to identify opportunities for optimization and build scalable solutions
- Translate real-world constraints such as data inconsistency and latency requirements into elegant, effective solutions
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback from operators and clients to refine models and workflows
- Build reusable tooling and infrastructure to accelerate future model development and deployment
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of AI solutions
