CubeSmart is looking to enhance data-driven decision-making by developing predictive models and other analytics solutions to address business challenges, optimize business operations, and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Basic understanding of machine learning models and advanced analytics techniques.
- Experience with Databricks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to address business challenges.
- Engage in the practical aspects of coding, data preprocessing, and model validation.
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and scalability of data science deliverables.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the design and execution of predictive models for customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Assist in designing and implementing testing and experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and controlled experiments.
- Analyze results from experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.

- This is a hybrid role based out of Malvern, PA (3 days in office)
- Graduate degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for conveying technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
