Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience delivering analytics solutions to complex business problems, particularly in the context of MS applications.
- Strong theoretical and practical background in deterministic optimization and algorithm development related to operations management is essential.
- Proficiency with commercial optimization software such as CPLEX or Gurobi, as well as simulation tools like AnyLogic or Simio, is required.
- Expertise in programming, statistical packages, and database languages, including Java, R, Python, Scala, SQL, and OPL.
Responsibilities
- Independently perform statistical analyses utilizing various modeling techniques to derive insights and solutions.
- Develop prototypes and scientific models using programming languages such as R, Python, or Scala.
- Design and execute experiments to validate model performance and test efficacy, ensuring reliable results.
- Document, organize, and curate data and code to ensure reproducibility and transparency of analyses.
- Identify opportunities for process and model improvements to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
