Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in process, tooling, or campaign optimization
- 2+ years’ experience in data science, analytics, or related field
- Prior experience in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or operational data science
- Background in developing automation and workflow optimization tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Translate data-driven insights into targeted recommendations for refining marketing strategies and budget allocation
- Diagnose bottlenecks in marketing workflows and develop scalable solutions, such as automation programs and dashboards
- Build and refine tooling infrastructure to optimize data pipelines, reporting systems, and collaboration (leveraging SQL, BI tools, and workflow orchestration)
- Convert raw data into strategic narratives that drive operational improvements and inform decision-making
