Requirements
- Developing software in an agile environment;
- Python scientific and data libraries such as Pandas and Jupyter;
- Applying machine learning and data mining to real-world applications and products;
- Designing, building, and deploying AI systems at scale;
- Deep neural network-based computer vision and NLP algorithms;
- Defining requirements and leading projects in distributed teams and successful track record of delivering production-grade software;
- Manipulating and analyzing large-scale datasets and experience with workflow tools such as Airflow and AWS cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data;
- Produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and highly dimensional datasets;
- Work with developers and product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features, and provide guidelines for large-scale implementation.
- Participate in data exploration and conceptual design for strategic initiatives;
- Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement;
- Generate and test hypotheses and analyze and interpret the results of product experiments.

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, computer science or a related field plus 2 years of experience in related occupations.
- Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
- 40 hours/week.
- Telecommuting is permitted.
- Provide data science practice advice, demonstrations and presentations to colleagues, clients, and management. Conduct research, as needed;
