Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking to develop and optimize their Data/ML Platform for a key government customer based in Tampa, FL
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience performing data science activities to include: data exploration, feature engineering, model building, training, and validation
- 2+ years of experience working with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 1+ year experience using scripting languages such as R or Python for data analysis and model development
- 1+ years experience using Big Data technologies and tools (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Cassandra, Druid, Flink, Drill, Trino, NoSQL) for large-scale data processing
- Experience with a variety of open source and commercial AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience querying relational databases
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
Responsibilities
- Testing and validating the performance of ML models
- Assisting with data acquisition, ingestion, and tagging
- Data exploration and understanding to identify valuable insights
- Feature extraction and analysis to engineer effective AI/ML models
- Data engineering and conditioning to ensure data quality and consistency
- Data labeling to create high-quality training datasets
- Constructing, training, and validating AI/ML datasets
Other
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Ability to communicate end-to-end data outcomes visually to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable in a project startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry experience
