Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with machine learning and deep learning technologies
- At least 5 years of experience with Python programming
- 3+ years of experience with large language models (LLMs) such as RAG, agentic approaches, or fine-tuning techniques
- 2+ years of experience working with transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT) or similar models
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and techniques in text processing and information retrieval
- Proven publication record in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
Responsibilities
- Enhance and extend existing NLP technologies within the company, including developing new cloud-based applications
- Research and develop innovative machine learning and deep learning techniques for information extraction, synthesis, and clinical data processing
- Create research code for deploying NLP solutions at scale in production environments, utilizing statistical methods, deep learning, and large language models
- Lead all phases of method development, from proof-of-concept to performance evaluation and production deployment
- Stay updated with recent research literature and effectively implement emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, real-world solutions
- Contribute to publication efforts and technical documentation to share findings and innovations
