Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications and delivering data-driven solutions
  • Extensive expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and other state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques
  • Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with core data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, computational complexity, and algorithm design
  • Experience building large-scale distributed systems within an agile environment and creating rapid prototypes
  • PhD in Computer Science with a focus on AI/ML research, with publications in top-tier journals and conferences
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially SageMaker, S3, and Snowflake for ML workflows and data storage

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product leadership to identify, elaborate, and prioritize AI and data science projects aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and developers to deliver scalable AI-enabled microservices
  • Design and define reference architectures suitable for solving complex analytical questions, utilizing advanced AI techniques
  • Guide the team in implementing code interpretation, leveraging LLMs, and integrating secondary data science models
  • Coach team members on best practices, tools, and architectures to foster continuous learning and development
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related fields; deliver presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions internally
  • Serve as a technical expert across the organization, providing guidance on complex AI/ML challenges such as entity mastering, knowledge graphs, and search optimization

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience
