The Infrastructure & Corporate Citizenship (ICC) team is seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy advanced data-driven solutions, driving analytics, insights strategy, data pipeline development, software integrations, and project-based solutions to support and advance ICC's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Python proficiency.
- Expertise across multiple domains of forecasting, clustering, classification, optimization, deep learning, natural language processing, LLMs, generative AI, and/or other machine learning and AI methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions, databases, and data processing frameworks.
- Experience with SQL, Databricks and/or other cloud-based data science platforms.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large amounts of diverse information to discover trends and patterns to drive business decisions.
- Develop UI applications to deliver insights to business clients.
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
- Monitor and sustain model effectiveness.
- Present complex information using data visualization techniques.
- Create repeatable and scalable code bases and processes for improving development / execution efficiency.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine-learning algorithms, optimization and AI solutions.

- Hybrid work arrangement: expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum.
