Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the study of multiple sources of information
- Data Scientist Certification, preferred

Responsibilities
- Work on assigned cross-functional research or analytical projects leveraging advanced computational algorithms
- Apply the tools of modern data science using open-source architecture
- Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using various business intelligence and reporting applications
- Support and maintain applications, networks, and devices
- Research and design application development, infrastructure, or service standards
- Develop custom algorithms for solving real estate business problems across a wealth of structured and unstructured data across many data sources
- Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations on enhancing existing or new processes and programs
Other
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Willingness to lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
