AArete is looking for a Data Scientist to support client teams with insights gained from analyzing data leveraging advanced analytics techniques to drive business solutions
Requirements
- Previous experience working with relational databases and developing advanced SQL queries is a must
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Anthropic, OpenAI's ChatGPT, Meta Llama 2, Amazon Titan, Cohere Command & Embed, or rAI21 Labs Jurassic
- Experience performing data quality assurance and manipulation
- Experience with statistics and developing and testing models using various machine learning algorithms
- Experience working with ALL of the below technologies: Python, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning
- Experience producing data visualizations
- Experience working with a business intelligence platforms: Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client teams to identify opportunities for leveraging advanced analytical techniques to drive business solutions
- Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies
- Develop custom AI/ML models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Optimize prompts for Generative AI applications
- Use Data driven insights to drive business outcomes and communicate the same to stakeholders
- Develop processes and tools to create and monitor data models while maintaining accuracy and other associated metrics necessary for the business objective
- Fine-tune Large Language Models for specific business needs
Other
- 3+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Math, Engineering
- Ability to communicate analytic findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to present to senior executives and client leadership

- Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations
