Requirements
- Experience manipulating large data sets in Python and/or SQL.
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Python or R and platforms such as Snowflake and PowerBI
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and their applications in operations research
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, and the ability to train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Experience using data visualization (e.g. tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses to an executive audience for the purpose of refining and influencing strategic initiatives.
- Experience with optimization software such as Gurobi
- Experience working with multiple data sources to generate insights from analyses and create effective reporting solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytical models and algorithms using programming languages such as Python or R
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems) to address complex business problems and drive innovation.
- Develop predictive models utilizing machine learning and statistical analysis methods such as classification, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation tools.
- Perform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data, and identify patterns.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective data visualizations and presentations
- Identify gaps in our data and analyses; collaborate with developers to capture necessary data to drive continuous improvement
- Create sustainable reporting and analysis solutions to support the company’s initiatives
Other
- Master's degree in a related field such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering or relevant equivalent experience (2+ years)
- Travel as necessary (<10%).
