Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis/data mining tools
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems
- Knowledge of language modeling with transformers and reinforcement learning techniques
- Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Experience with MLOps and DevOps collaboration for AI model deployment and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports, projections, and presentations for executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions utilizing Python, computer vision, generative models, and large language models, ensuring responsible development aligned with ethical standards
- Build autonomous AI agents supporting reasoning and decision-making in healthcare contexts using frameworks such as LangChain and CrewAI
- Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and co-create scalable, reliable AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows
- Implement best practices for deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments, working closely with MLOps and DevOps teams
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring their performance and reliability over time
- Design monitoring systems to track AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize models for real-world impact
- Manage multiple data science initiatives, guiding strategic decisions and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact AI use cases
Other
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in research, ML engineering, or applied research roles focusing on AI solutions
- 2+ years of experience leading AI/ML development teams and projects
