Requirements
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- 1-2 years of Data Scientist experience
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and apply statistical models and algorithms to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges, such as forecasting, customer segmentation, and fraud detection.
- Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Present complex data in an understandable format to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams to understand their needs, define key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing models and data pipelines.
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
