Motorola Solutions is looking to hire a Data Scientist to help the Service Design Tools & Infrastructure team within Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) to provide exceptional Service Design and innovative technology solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations by analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and integrating insights into strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning frameworks
- Strong proficiency in SQL Data Analytics tools
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and experimental design.
- 1-3 years of Data Scientist experience
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from core applications and technologies used within CMSO, including Salesforce and ServiceNow etc to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and integrate insights into strategic recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, dashboards, and reports
- Stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, and methods in data science and AI
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and apply statistical models and algorithms to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions.
