Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Mode.
- Experience with scripting and data analysis programming languages, including Python or R.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on statistical and mathematical modeling techniques.
- Ability to approach problems from first principles and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B experiments and working with engineering teams on data logging and instrumentation.
- Direct experience in credit, lending, risk management, or financial services.

Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and scripting languages to surface actionable insights and identify opportunities for product improvement.

- Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to log new data sources, ensuring comprehensive data collection for analysis.
- Build, forecast, and report on key metrics that inform strategic decision-making and support business initiatives.
- Develop code to process, cleanse, and combine data sources, often creating curated ETL datasets for broader team use.
- Create and share data visualizations and self-serve dashboards to enable stakeholders to access insights easily.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science, continuously enhancing analytical techniques and tools.
