Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in predictive modeling, data science, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools and libraries
- Strong skills in data exploration, wrangling, and feature engineering
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with building, prototyping, and deploying machine learning models
- Experience developing and maintaining end-to-end ETL data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Develop, prototype, and deploy machine learning models in various environments
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate model performance and key metrics
- Assist in developing and maintaining end-to-end ETL data pipelines
- Explore and evaluate new internal data sources for potential project applications
- Identify trends and patterns within data to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

- Execute data science projects as assigned by senior data scientists, leadership, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute data-driven initiatives
- Communicate complex findings effectively
- Insurance claims knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills to convey modeling challenges, findings, and insights to stakeholders
