Requirements
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML libraries.
- Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as they relate to network setup and administration.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, write and test programs.
Responsibilities
- Designs and implements predictive, causal, and forecasting models.
- Builds ML models (e.g., XGBoost, scikit-learn) and tunes for accuracy and interpretability.
- Connects predictive outputs to dashboards for operational use.
- Selects appropriate methods based on problem, data, and output needs.
- Delivers insights aligned to stakeholder goals, framing recommendations as business decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts in technical skills and project approach.
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years in data science or analytics.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, Company personnel and others.
