Nestle Health Science is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions to leverage data-driven insights, build machine learning models, and optimize business performance for their Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and deploying advanced analytical models and algorithms
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques including regression, clustering, probability networks, deep learning, and AI
- Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in big data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure ML, and BigQuery
- Experience transforming raw data into meaningful features for modeling
- Expertise in handling missing data, scaling, encoding categorical variables, and dimensionality reduction
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced data science solutions to support business decision-making and performance optimization
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and build predictive models using big data technologies
- Design deep learning and natural language processing models to analyze complex business data
- Monitor, evaluate, and refine deployed models to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance
- Research, test, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to select the most effective tools and platforms
- Integrate innovative data science techniques into product solutions to enhance analytics and automation capabilities
- Build, maintain, and improve analytics tools to facilitate faster insights and decision-making
Other
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Applied Scientist
- Knowledge of causal inference techniques for business impact assessment
- Experience building recommendation engines and optimization models
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping in data science projects
- Experience working with retail analytics, advertising data, and eCommerce datasets; AMC and Amazon advertising experience is a plus
