Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and statistical modeling
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
- Experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock)
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering

- utilize OpenAI's LLM suite to manage up to 200 concurrent job searches per user
- AI agents produce an updated resume, a tailored cover letter, and complete and submit job applications for our customers
Other
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Experience building recommendation systems or matching algorithms
- Understanding of MLOps and model deployment best practices
