Requirements

Responsibilities
- Leading and conducting advanced data analysis to generate meaningful insights that inform business strategies and decision-making processes
- Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges
- Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Interpreting analytical results and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders across various departments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business units to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve products and services
- Staying current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics to continuously enhance modeling techniques and tools
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices within the analytics team
Other
- Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly and effectively
- Natural aptitude for problem-solving
- Leadership in project management
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Prior experience in leading data-driven projects and managing customer relationships
