Peraton is seeking a Data Modeling Engineer to support its Intelligence Community customer by contributing to mission integration and user engagement through the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of complex systems.
Requirements
- Must be experienced with cloud-based data warehousing, specifically the use of the Big Data Platform (BDP)
- Must also have expertise in cloud native data storage services and data warehousing methods
- Must be familiar with SQL and noSQL data storage methods
- Must have the demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders in a variety of formats
Responsibilities
- Conduct research in design, development, testing and utilization of electronic data processing.
- Functions as a part of an analytical team of government and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of customer's analytical requirements
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
Other
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Masters degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. PhD and 0 years of experience. Additional four (4) years of direct comparable experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree will be considered.
- This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with poly. The candidate must maintain the clearance.
