The Data Scientist will leverage advanced machine learning and analytics to support key business decisions and growth strategies in a data-rich, digital-first environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business strategies
- Define, understand, and test levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a top-tier economic consulting firm, management consulting firm, or relevant data science/business analysis role
- Strong problem-solving skills and first-principles thinking
- Comfortable communicating with audiences from front-line employees to the C-suite
- High standards for personal and team performance
