Requirements
- Strong Python or R skills, plus experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Proven experience deploying ML models into production
- Solid grounding in statistics, data mining, and visualisation tools
- Experience with NLP or chatbot systems is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models with a focus on NLP and chatbot optimisation
- Analyse large volumes of conversational data to uncover trends and improve user experience
- Translate data insights into product enhancements and practical business solutions
- Evaluate and refine models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques across NLP, machine learning, and data mining
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and support the team’s technical development
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in data science, ideally in financial services
