Requirements
- Deep knowledge of statistics
- Knowledge in software development processes and tools
- Experience working with a specific programming language (i.e. - SQL, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, PHP, Python)
- Experience with Big Data tools like Hadoop
- Experience with McKesson Horizon Performance Manager and Business Insight
- Familiarity with genomic data
- Familiarity with Cerner's EHR and database structure
Responsibilities
- facilitate the design, development and execution of an organization-wide analytics program

Other
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in healthcare analytics or equivalent experience in a similar subject area
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Sedentary - Very light energy level
