Requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Workday People Analytics, or Visier
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or programming languages like Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of HR systems including Workday, SuccessFactors, and related data structures
- Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting
- Knowledge of data governance, quality, and reporting capabilities
- Experience with data storytelling and visualization
- Experience with HR analytics platforms and tools
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analytics partner to HR and business leaders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses on key workforce metrics to support strategic initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights through storytelling and visualization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, resolve issues, and maintain accurate reporting
- Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to identify workforce risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with HR Technology and Data teams to enhance data governance, quality, and reporting capabilities
- Lead efforts to advance people analytics from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related area
- Strong ability to translate data into business insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and storytelling skills
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions
